We had a fantastic family stay, enjoying the luxurious spa facilities. The kids loved the inviting pool area after spending the day exploring Shrewsbury's historic sites. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel really welcome.

My children wished there was a wider selection of activities for families, especially in the evenings. A kids' club would be perfect during our stay.

I had a wonderful time relaxing in the lovely thermal suite and taking a dip in the spacious pool during my stay. The spa treatments were absolutely delightful, and the peaceful garden area added to the chill vibe. Just wish there was a little more signage around to help get to the spa, but it didn't take away from how great everything else was! 😊

We got upgraded to a junior suite! Spacious room on the top floor with a nice view of the garden and pond. Had a great dinner, the dessert was top-notch, orange and chocolate bread and butter pudding! The gym and pool were decent too, good for some family time.

I had a wonderful time, the delicious food at dinner was one of the highlights, and the pleasant space in the room made for a cozy stay. nothing like the jacuzzi we were hoping for wasn't operational, so that was disappointing. I might give this place another shot!
